I re did my measurements last night to make a new moulage. Well. Since my measurements are the same, that is going to be easy! September of last year to November of this year and almost no change. What few changes there were can be explained by technique. I'll post changes as I see them.
Monday- worked in the sewing room. Lost track of time. Oops(still a win though!) great time spent with Hana!
Tuesday- I cleaned the garage. That was a workout anyone could appreciate!
Wednesday
Thursday- Thanksgiving Holiday FAMILY TIME!
Friday-
Saturday-
The goal is to move and be healthy.
