That had to go away. I was obsessing.
This month has been a little crazy. I hurt my leg in a fall and with all the christmas cooking, I got off track.
One setback won't get me discouraged. Time to get back up and move

it isn't as much as I was doing but that is ok. My leg won't let me do a full 20 minutes yet.
This past summer I wore a sz 14
Now I am down to a size 12
My new goal? a 10!
Can I do it be spring? Now that is a question I plan on getting an answer to!
